Refund policy

1.    Eligibility for Refund
    •    Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.
    •    Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
    •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    2.    Refund Process
    •    Contact us at support@namastebling.com with your order details and damage evidence.
    •    Once approved, you may be required to return the damaged item in original packing.
    •    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-8 business days after inspection.
    3.    Exceptions
    •    No refunds for accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
    •    Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
