Return policy

1.    Eligibility for Returns
    •    Returns are accepted only if the jewellery arrives damaged or defective.
    •    Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item
    •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2.    How to Request a Return
    •    Contact our customer service team at support@namastebling.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos/videos showing the damage
    •    Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3.    Refund or Replacement
       Based on availability, we offer either:
    •    A replacement of the same item
    •    A refund to the original payment method
4.    Exceptions
    •    Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling are not covered.
    •    Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
